Terms of Delivery

LP-Varaosaksi.fi (LPS-lämpöpumpu service Oy. Business ID 2269280-2) sells products to companies and private individuals of legal age in the EU area. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries.

These delivery conditions are valid from 1 April 2024. We can change the delivery conditions unilaterally from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery conditions in advance every time you order products from our online store.

Products and product prices
The characteristics and prices of the online store's products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check prices from the shopping cart before you accept the order. The prices of the products, which appear in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.

We reserve the right to correct and revise information due to technical and human errors.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method, and they are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.

The buyer receives the delivery when the seller hands over the goods to the carrier
The buyer pays the costs and is responsible for any damages to the goods after they have been delivered.
The buyer takes care of the import formalities.

Ordering and contract
You can order products on the homepage of our online store by moving them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to our delivery conditions valid at any given time. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us, is, except for what is mentioned later about the right of cancellation, binding and creates a contract between us with these terms of delivery.

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and selectable in the shopping cart.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, so you enter your e-mail address when you place the order. The payment method used is also confirmed in the order confirmation.

If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Delivery method
We will deliver your order using one of the available delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you choose when placing your order.

- We reserve the right to send small shipments as a letter home.
- We reserve the right to send shipments larger than the maximum dimensions of the parcel machine to the post office.

Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to the EU area are 2-30 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More precise times will be announced in connection with the product options.

Delivery requires a confirmed payment transaction from Paytrail Oyj.

Deliveries for products. Order by 12 noon, we aim to complete the shipment on the same day.

LP-varaosaksi.fi is not responsible for delivery delays or delays that are beyond the influence of lp-varaosaksi.fi. Such as an official decision, war, natural disaster, disruption of public transport or something similar.

Right of cancellation and return conditions
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel the order by notifying us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods or, if it is a matter of regular delivery of goods, the receipt of the first batch of goods.

Return form
The cancellation notification must be made clearly, for example, using our cancellation form, our email below, or with the written notification you submit with the returned item.

The right of cancellation only applies and accordingly the products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused and well packed for return shipping. If the returned product has been used contrary to the buyer's statutory duty of care, the company has the right to charge a reduction in value up to the full price of the product, including return costs.

If the transaction is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice to our Return address mentioned below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the deadline, for example with a return receipt. The returner must pay the costs incurred for the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.

When returning the delivered order, include your name and contact information and your account number for the refund.

Accordingly, we will return the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Transmission check, error and problem situations
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please report it immediately, within 7 days at the latest to our Customer Service, and we will agree on how to get the error corrected. In the consumer store, we comply with the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.

Note The recipient must notify the carrier that delivered the shipment or the office that delivered the shipment of damage to the shipment (visible external damage) upon delivery. The damage must be described immediately. Otherwise, the recipient has accepted the shipment as it is.

Depending on the brand and manufacturer, LP-Varaosaksi.fi (LPS Service Oy) products have a spare parts warranty of four to twelve (4-12 months), unless otherwise stated for the product.

The warranty only covers the product (spare part). Working hours, trips or supplies required to replace the product. No payment

The products must be installed and tested in accordance with general instructions in such a way as to avoid further damage

The recipient of the goods has the obligation to inspect the goods carefully immediately upon receiving the delivery and to report any errors in the quantity of the goods as well as transport damage and other visually noticeable errors to the carrier and seller of the goods immediately.

The seller is not responsible for the fact that the ordered product is suitable for the purpose of use of the buyer or this customer.

If incorrect handling of the Product or another similar reason can be shown to be the cause of the defect, the supplier is free from liability.

All our products are subject to the manufacturer and/or importer specific warranty and service conditions.

The products must be installed and tested in accordance with general instructions so as to avoid causing additional damage or damage.

Limitation of liability
LPS Service Oy / LP-varaosaksi part is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or caused by any of the above, except until a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with regard to the damage in question.

We try to settle any disagreements regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to settle the matter.

If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
